Hallo Bos is the central management platform of the Hallo Laundry ecosystem — built to give owners full visibility and control over their operations. Features include a real-time transactional dashboard, granular outlet configuration (services, IoT machines, storage racks, discounts, additional costs, GPS-based attendance, and invoice notes), employee management with HRIS capabilities (attendance tracking and payroll), customer management, detailed transaction pages, and a full accounting module with financial statements. The platform also provides deep analytics across customers, outlets, employees, revenue, and costs — along with IoT activity logs and role-based access management for multi-branch and regional operations.

A mobile point-of-operations app for laundry outlet operators. Hallo Kasir is the operator-facing mobile application in the Hallo Laundry ecosystem — designed for day-to-day outlet operations. Operators can manage the full laundry transaction lifecycle: accepting customer drop-offs, tracking processing stages, marking orders as complete, and coordinating delivery or customer pickup. The app also supports petty cash requests and usage tracking, outlet-to-company cash deposits, daily outlet cost reporting, and customer registration. Currently available on Android via Google Play, with an iOS version in development.
